Caldwell object C80 also known as the Omega Centauri is a globular cluster located within the constellation Centaurus. Caldwell C80 is best viewed during Spring, is magnitude 3.6*, and can be viewed with naked eye. It is 3.6 in size. For reference, the full moon is 30' (arc minutes) in size.
