Caldwell 44 (NGC 7479) is a barred spiral galaxy located within the constellation Pegasus. 
C44 is best viewed during Fall, is  magnitude 11*, and can be viewed with small telescope. It is 4 x 3' in size. For reference, the full moon is 30' (arc minutes) in size.
