This site is maintained by Blue Moose Webworks, Inc. The goal is to provide you with useful information on amateur astronomy, including night-sky viewing and the selection and purchase of astronomy-related equipment such as telescopes, binoculars, software and accessories.

Dan loves anything related to astronomy and outer space and currently resides in Redmond, WA near Seattle. He has a home-built 10-inch f/5.6 Dobsonian telescope with Coulter optics.
