Antelope Island State Park

Antelope Island State Park is a recognized dark sky location in Utah for stargazing and astronomy activities.

It is designated by DarkSky International (IDS) as a Dark Sky Park, which is internationally recognized for preserving a dark sky experience.

Antelope Island State Park is rated Bortle Class 2.

Type

As a U.S. state park, various camping options may be available, including frontcountry camping, dispersed camping (boondocking), and backcountry (backpacking/primitive) camping. Also, electric bicycles are allowed on all trails (motorized and non-motorized). A permit may be required.
