Gamma Eridani (γ Eri), also known as Zaurak, is a spectral class M1IIIb Ca-1 star of magnitude 2.97 located in the constellation Eridanus. γ Eri is one of the brighter stars in Eridanus and can be seen by the naked eye under dark skies or with binoculars.
